Over a number of years, we've done all kinds of camping and travelling around Australia, and have met some beautiful people and seen amazing sites. Over the time we've also fallen in love with everything boho-style, as it always seems to brighten up our adventure life, look amazing and be comfortable and practical!
But we were struggling to find stores that sold transparently produced, high-quality bohemian styled products for any kind of camping we would be doing - That is, the sort of gear that literally makes camping feel like home away from home.
That's why we created Boho Road Trip. Based on a bushy mountain in the northern fringe of Brisbane, we have made it our mission, and spent seemingly countless hours to source ethically-made, environmentally-friendly, bohemian styled and high-quality road trip gear, clothing and accessories.
We have made it our mission to provide all of our customers with::

- A focus on practical and unique products that are not normally available in brick-and-mortar stores;

Maybe you can relate to this thought. On our trips around, we've also repeatedly seen that no matter how people come across or appear, everyone has a story, we're all unique, and so are our tastes and what it is we're searching for. So you're never just a non-camper, or a rough camper, a van-life enthusiast or campervanner - you're not just a label, you can be parts of every label as you go.
And we recognise that everyone in the world is searching for something. And we believe that the choices that we make here aren't isolated from everywhere else - and this relates to how our purchases affect the people who create things, as well as the environment that is affected by them. So, in fact, whether we like it or not, we are either part of the problem or part of the solution. When you think about it, there really isn't any middle ground. So we stand for something. We believe that that's a quality of a bohemian - to have a strong ideal and try to protect it.
Our value goal is to help people to get comfortable camping and road travelling, as these are the most adventurous and enjoyable ways to see our remarkable country - at the same time, trying really hard to ensure that the products that we offer have as little negative impact on people or the environment as they can.
